Base lambda function for closure not found....

Hi all (probably LP mostly ;)

I keep getting this error on my local and also one remote server:

And searching for clues says it's something to do with APC, which i can disable, but isn't it recommended for better performance?

I'm on PHP 5.4.15 and APC 3.1.13

Restarting Apache seems to fix it usually - any other ideas? Anyone else seen this?
