LTSP cluster: app server which LTSP parts are needed?

I've been playing a bit with LTSP cluster and it is working nicely.

Currently I'm wiring a few notes for me and my colleague before we build the actual production setup.

I'm wondering a bit a about a few parts for the APP server (we are using Ubuntu 12.04 for the boot/control/load balancer and for the clients, and plan on using Ubuntu 14.04 for the App servers)

(1) As far as I can see ltsp-cluster-accountmanager is only needed if you use temp users on the system?

(2) What is actually used from ltsp-server on the App server? It just seemed a bit strange to install the capabilites to create a client image on the APP server.

(3) I've been using the description https://www.ltsp-cluster.org/documentation/howto/openvz-setup (wasn't much else). This fails to mention that the APP server will need ldm-server in order to get ldminfod (needed by LDM on the client, otherwise it does not know about languages and sessions)

Any comments?
