Toolbar buttons of Folder diff all grayed out and siabled

Hi,

when running "diff Against Parent" to one of my streams, I've
noticed that the toolbar buttons of the folder diff tool got gray out and
disabled .
The issue still persist regardless to a depot or a stream i'm working on .
Please advice
