Question about a Tablet.

Hi all, I'm planning to buy an Android tablet. I found an ASUS 32GB Google Nexus 7-inch Tablet with 4G Unlocked on overstock.com. The price is reasonable. It doesn't tell what version of Android it runs, but would this be a good buy? Thanks for any help here.
