As supported by Julia developers in another thread, we are organizing
quantum related library projects under the Julia umbrella organization,
JuliaQ. A few important steps have been done over the last week, and we are
ready to receive more JuliaQ developers and community projects for the
initiative stage. Now, under discussion:
- The framework of operating JuliaQ projects

- The overall roadmap of JuliaQ projects
<https://github.com/JuliaQ/Roadmap/issues/1>.
- The goal of the first release cycle

- The first proposal regarding the code base
<https://github.com/JuliaQ/JuliaQ.github.io/issues/4>.
Our libraries are likely to reach the foundations of
- Basic representations of quantum states and operations;
- Quantum chemistry;
- Quantum Lindblad dynamics and open quantum systems;
- Quantum tensor network (matrix product states) and many-body physics;
- Quantum information and computation;
- Quantum measurement and control...
More will come depending on our members and the Julia community. You are
