Multiple Yaxes. Need to hide some

Hi,

I've managed to get most of the flot chart working. There is one small
thing I need help with.

I have multiple sets of data pulled in for the y axis that are displayed
whether it is checked on a check box list.

The problem is the first yaxis always shows even if not picked. Like it is
a set default. It just sets to 0 when no data is available for it. Does
anyone have any idea how to remove it when not picked?
