Android Garbage Collector to kills app PhoneGap 2.9

Phonegap 2.9
Android Samsung S3 4.1.2

When I have my phone in USB Debug mode my app appears to crash after taking
and saving a photo.
If I disable USB Debug mode it appears to work fine..

I was looking around and I saw this solution -

Can this solution be in a future release.
It's a pain to disable usb mode test re-enable install etc..
And this seems to fix the issue.
