How to start Tomcat whenever the system starts

I installed Tomcat 7 on my server that is running OpenSuse 13.1 It
went fine, and I can point my browser at it and see the expected
default page, as well as all the examples.

Now, I want to configure it to start whenever the machine starts, but
all the documentation I have found of that process assumes I have
downloaded the source for Tomcat and built it myself. I am sure it is
probably something simple, but I haven`t found it yet. Is there
anyone who would be so kind as to shorten my search for information
and tell me what magic is required, or who can point me to the right
page that documents doing this (when I have NOT downloaded and then
built Tomcat)?
