With 34.0.1847.137 (on Arch linux), running "chromium URL" causes URL to
open in a new tab in an existing browser window, which is raised to the top
of the window stack. With 35.0.1916.114 the browser window with the new
tab is not raised. I prefer the behavior of v34, is there a way to restore
it in v35?
