Simple Angular.js - A Micro boiler plate for Angular.js/Express.js on Grunt.js

Hi,

I have built what I call a "micro boiler plate for Angular.js". It's
intended audience is for:

- People new to Angular.js who do not want the learning curves of larger
boiler plates and generators.
- Projects on a small scale not requiring extensive testers, compilers,
etc.
