CQ stats for the week of April 28, 2014

Last week out of 747 blink issues *429 (57%)* were processed by the commit
queue. This is down *6 percentage points* from the previous week. 50% of
CLs finished processing within *1.2 hours (no change w/o/w)*, 95% within *12.9
hours (+186.7% w/o/w)*, and 99% within *27.2 hours (+294.2% w/o/w)*.

*10 CLs (2%)* were committed manually (gave up). This is down *3 percentage
points* from the previous week.

*39 CLs (9%)* were marked NOTRY, which is down *2 percentage points* from
the previous week.

*97 CQ attempts (14%)* were false rejections (CQ landing a patch it
previously rejected). This is down *5 percentage points* from the previous
week.
