Hi all,
I'm reading this forum in the last years and enjoys the insights of the
members here, I decided to share something that might contribute to this
forum.
A few words about me :
I'm 35 years old from Israel, Works as a BI/DWH engineer, father of two and
very interesting in brain training.
I don't think that my IQ is above 130 but it above the average (imho).
I've tried to play with dual-n-back but it has minor effect and it's very
boring after short time.
In the last week I started to train with logic puzzles (and also LSAT like
questions), the results :
- I'm much more focused .
- My memory works much better
- it has a real life effect, small anecdote - three days ago I sat with a
good friend of mine and he give me to read something regarding a contract
he involves, I was able to read and come to very accurate conclusion very
fast - he said that I'm not normal (-:
- I know that it sounds weird but I feel that my head blood flow really
improved.
I know about the LSAT research<https://newscenter.berkeley.edu/2012/08/22/intense-prep-for-law-school-admissions-test-alters-brain-structure/>and also Payman's insights and I can definitely tells that it works for me.
Best,
