Geocaching

I have just discovered Osmand and find the download maps very interesting,
better than I have achieved with off line maps to date.
However, I cannot discover how to enter (download) geocaching data except
by manually entering each set of co-ordinates separately. This is clearly
time consuming, particularly as I need to change the format from default
with each entry.
Is there an easy method?
