how to config CDH4 hdfs log appender to org.apache.log4j.DailyRollingFileAppender

hi all,

I installed CDH4.3.0, and tested everything well. Only one question is how
to change the log appender to *
DRFA( org.apache.log4j.DailyRollingFileAppender)*. I changed the
log4j.properties and hadoop-env.sh, but these changes don't work. So can
someone help me? Thanks!

I put log4j.properties and hadoop-env.sh into the attachment.
