How to Replace the default configuation.conf with configuraiotn_test.conf when issue the Junit

Sorry, the last question is not ask well, I am using Eclipse, I put the VM
arguments like -Dconfig.file=D:\conf\application_demo.conf, it does not
work still read the default configuration, any help is appreciate, thanks!
