New users and some questions

Good afternoon,
I am a new user to PhoneGap. I use iOs and Android. I am blind user and I have some questions.
• what files do I need to write? I have index.html and js script in my app directory.
• Can I make application menus?
• Can I change the browser from classic to Gecko / firefox? The Firefox browser window is more accessible for TalkBack screen reader.
• What is the error about missing (en_us private translation?)
